Creator Agreement

1. Parties

This Agreement is between Dubai Creators ("Platform") and the content creator ("Creator") who wishes to participate in the Platform's creator program.

2. Services

The Creator agrees to:

• Create and publish high-quality content
• Maintain professional standards
• Comply with brand guidelines
• Meet agreed-upon deadlines
• Engage with the community

3. Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on:

• Campaign requirements
• Engagement metrics
• Deliverable completion
• Performance indicators

4. Intellectual Property

The Creator retains ownership of their original content but grants the Platform a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content for promotional purposes.

5. Exclusivity

Unless specifically agreed upon, this agreement is non-exclusive. However, Creators must disclose any potential conflicts of interest with competing platforms or brands.

6. Content Guidelines

Creators must adhere to:

• Platform community guidelines
• Applicable laws and regulations
• FTC disclosure requirements
• Brand safety requirements

7. Term and Termination

This agreement is effective upon acceptance and continues until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. The Platform reserves the right to terminate immediately for violations of this agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Creators agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared by the Platform or partner brands.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE, under UAE law.
